SHANTEL LIAO  –  An art photographer, originally from Taiwan, Shantel have spent the past 10 years living between in Taiwan, Canada, England, Japan, France, America and is currently based in Berlin. Shantel has a very unique documentary style and creates images that depict real moments and real feelings.
